What I may be most proud of during my time at Paradowski Creative is being the organizing co-founder (and namer) for the agency’s unofficial intersectional BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ allyship: A.E.I.O.U., the Advance Equity & Inclusion Ops Unit. We worked diligently and collaboratively with the support of Paradowski’s management since June 2nd, 2020 to develop core values and actions with the aim of having a measurable DEI impact on the agency now and into the future.

This was a poster for what was to be our group's first “Ask Us Anything” Q&A video session with the agency. An effort to help the majority cis-het white organization gain an understanding of the lived experience of their co-workers from historically marginalized groups.
